You will also assist clients in setting and achieving personal goals, managing stress, and building healthy relationships.
This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude. You must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients. Certification as a Recovery Coach or Peer Support Specialist is preferred but not required, as training may be provided.
